Today saw a so called groundbreaking announcement from two of the American states, in which California and the United Kingdom announced a proposal to commence 'carbon trading', in an attempt to ease the effects of global warming. Any sane and rational observer will realise that this is of course not a new idea, having been championed and put into practice by our very own Nowillbashi.

The export of crap cars from Nowillistan to The Gambia has moved a vast quantity of carbon emissions from Europe (carbon heavy) to the Gambia (low carbon emissions, at least until we got there). Indeed our delicious and scrumbumtious leaderette managed this single handedly, and without the assistance of a T-1000 Terminator or Alastair Campbell.
